We're recruiting 5–15 founding sellers. The platform isn't finished yet. This phase is entirely about listening: understanding what sellers actually need, making the governance and economic decisions that will define the platform, and forming the legal cooperative entity.

With a founding cohort in place, we complete the build and launch. An intuitive buyer and seller experience, seamless payment handling and escrow, and the critical governance infrastructure that makes this platform possible.
Expand membership beyond the founding cohort, grow the buyer base, and begin distributing surplus to sellers. Deepen the infrastructure that makes CardPact a better place to buy and sell than anywhere else.
Transition full governance to the membership. Founders drive off into the sunset. The cooperative runs itself.
